The SDLT 600 features a 600 GB* capacity and a 72 MB/s* transfer rate. Designed and built for automation, The SDLT 600 uses Super DLTtape® II media and is backward compatible to the SDLT 320, SDLT 220 and DLT VS160 tape drives.
The SDLT 600 also comes equipped with DLTSage™, a revolutionary data management solution that allows users to manage and prevent system problems. Through DLTSage the SDLT 600 tape drive and Super DLTtape® II media can be leveraged to utilize DLTSage WORM. DLTSage WORM archival functionality utilizes standard media for both traditional backup and archiving as well as for regulatory compliance.
